nice captures, but you seem to have missed focus in the first two. I suspect part of the problem is the very wide aperture in those shots.
First two are Swollen-thigh Beetles (Oedemera nobilis) always difficult to photograph due to their shiny surface. The last one is a Summer Chafer, and another tricky shiny subject.
Looks like one of many focus stacking efforts, at least the first two.
First one would have been a classic, but missed the sharpness a bit; second one is fine; in the third, you could have avoided direct light on your subject by shading....
