Church of Staint Mary, Whitby.
Following on from my recent thread regarding Bram Stoker and Whitby Abbey, this Church is near to Whitby Abbey. Apparently Stokers book "Dracula" features the Church Graveyard. The Church interior is very interesting, with a three decker pulpit and box pews.
Church of Saint Mary

Somehow i feel this is not a good framing of the subject; can't say why.....

..you could have stepped ahead more and thus have avoided the cement floor on the right hand side so that foreground has those crosses and green grass only

Re: Church of Staint Mary, Whitby.
This looks to be a substantial church. Is L-shaped or ar there other parts that we cannot see?
The image has strong blues and greens again, as in the Whitby Abbey thread, so I wonder if this is intentional?
I would be inclined to remove the lampost standing on the cross in the left foreground and the blue notice nearby.

Nice effort, the backlit stones look more like barriers to the church however.
