These are all interesting images, Antonio.

I think the one major issue that we travel photographers have is that we usually only get to see a place once and have little to no opportunity to scout out the place and plan our shots. We rarely get the opportunity to review our work and go back a second time to get the to places and shooting positions that would give us stronger images, from technical, compositional and impact standpoints.

I am writing from my own experiences, but suspect that you run into similar issues when you travel.

Regardless, these are interesting images with a few very strong ones in these postings.

    Thank you for commenting Manfred.
Yes, I do run in similar situations... these are nothing but memories. They help us to remember where we have been and in which circumstances and with whom.

It is forbidden to take photos from the top and from the area also.
Here some more images from the outside and at the bottom, the sleeping guard and a ground view.

    Re: Burma 2018

Burma is currently a dictatorship like so many other countries of the World.
They moved the political capital to a new town with obviously, restricted access...
People does not steal the gold spread on the symbols. Perhaps they do sometimes. But the punishment is for sure, something serious.
The gold is placed by hand, in very thin leaves.
When we visited this country some 15 years ago, it was wilder and nicer. Now, there are too many people all over.

Very pleasing...; the last image has a slight angularity; needs a bit of rotation, clockwise
