Hi Tony, it's not part of the hall, that's why you haven't seen it. This was taken up in the Clock Tower. The City Council give free tours with a guide, of both the Clock Tower and the overall building, both of which are free and both very good. It pays to arrive a bit earlier than the tour schedule times, because numbers are limited to 15 for the overall building, and 6, if I remember, for the Clock Tower. Otherwise you need to wait for the next tour later in the day.
