    Adobe Bridge CC Downloader Problems

I still cannot convert my Sony A6400 images to Adobe DNG by checking that box with the Adobe Bridge CC Photo Downloader. No problem with my A6500 images they convert seamlessly to DNG by just checking the appropriate Downloader box.

I realize that the A6400 is a new camera and Adobe Bridge CC Photo Downloader (2019 edition) may not be able to recognize/convert the Sony ARW fies from that camera.

However, after Downloading the images from the memory card to the computer using the Adobe Bridge CC Photo Downloader, I can convert the ARW suffix images to DNG using Adobe DNG Converter which I downloaded yesterday. That is just an extra step in my workflow that Is a big PITA.

The problem with the ARW images from the Photo Downloader is that I cannot access my NIK software filters through he Photoshop Filter Menus when working with ARW suffixed files.

Can you not change the raw format in camera so it captures in DNG ?

I've had that problem for a while with my Bridge, but have never bothered to call Adobe on it to get it fixed as I generally do not use ,dng files.

Maybe on a wet and rainy fall day when I have nothing else on...
