    The small image you linked to does not do it justice, but I had a look on your Flickr page to see a larger size.

    I would suggest cloning out the purple in the top left. It distracts especially as it is the same colour as the subject.

    In the third image of post #3, Gerry, I wonder if that shot is more about the flower and less about the background. If so, the content around the flower seems a bit bright and colorful. How about reducing both to bring out the flower more?
