    A Well-trodden Path

My neighbor allows cattle on his lot to keep the grass short. Over the years they've worn a path by his boundary fence. All the fence posts lean out because they stick their heads through the wire to get to the grass on the street side. Thus I get the opportunity for a 'vanishing point' cliché shot.

This other shot has a big post in the near foreground - any comments about that?

Would've made a great camera stabilizer, not as intrusive as the taller pole in the background.

As John indicate, could do without the taller pole in the background.

Thanks John & Ole, but I don't remove stuff from my rural shots in post. So, in either shot, a couple paces to the left might put the backlit part of the pole behind foliage to make it less distracting from the theme.
