Trip in Dubrovnik

I spent a few days in Dubrovnik in the spring, before the tourists rush in summer time.

I agree with Peter - the second one is definitely the strongest image. I'd like to see the shadows opened up a bit more.

I also like #2 the best of three nice images.

When I visited Dubrovnik it was on a cruise to the Aegean Sea and Greek Islands.

I didn't get to see it at night... The cruise ship dumped us off along with many thousand other folks (from the three cruise ships in port) about nine AM and picked us up at about five PM... The old town was jammed packed with tourists as was every other location we visited. The cruise was my wife's idea but, I would rather go to my dentist for another root canal procedure than go on another cruise...

My payback for taking the cruise was three days in Istanbul which we visited after the cruise was over. That "almost" made the cruise worth while...

I do like the second image. I agree with Manfred about opening up the shadows especially the person and his/her shadow. The shadows further in I'd like to see opened very selectively to maintain the mood.

Thank you everybody for your comments, for sure the 2nd is the more appreciate, I tryed to open the shadows but the noise is important and I'm limited. She was photographing I just had the time to frame and voilà
