Dear forum members, I am still struggling with which upload program to use to meet the upload conditions. Can you help me a little bit? Which upload program do you use?

Go to the picture on your Flickr page. On the right is a download icon. Click and select "view all sizes".
Click the size you want to post and then right click the image and select "copy image location".

Paste that into the "Insert image" box.

Great capture.

I think it could do with some editing, however. It has limited tonal range and therefore is lacking contrast. I did a quick-and-dirty:

1. Cropped from the right and top.
2. Pulled in the black and white points using a levels adjustment
3. Increased contrast further with a curve.

Would something in this direction be better?

Arnold, when you want to display an image here that you have on flickr, select the BB Code option, not the Embed option.

Arnold, your link is fine, but you cannot paste it directly into the text. You need to use the INSERT IMAGE dialogue box which is in the panel just above where you type
