PIXIMPERFECT is one of my favorite YouTube channels. There are usually several different methods to obtain the same results in Photoshop. These videos seem to illustrate the easiest (for me at least) methods of obtaining any desired result.

I've seen quite a few of his video tutorials, he does do a good job.
