Bear's Adoption

I don't usually post this type of adoption picture but, this one is special. Bear is an adult Yorkshire Terrier mix whose previous owner developed Alzheimer's and needed to relocate to a care center. For a long while her family just kept Bear in her home bringing him food regularly and letting him out in the yard to go potty.

The result was that by the time we got him; Bear, who is outgoing and needs attention, had become very depressed. We only had him for a day and he really perked up when this pre-approved family came to adopt him.



He just looks happy to have his own family again. It's a win-win for all concerned...
