This is a very talented street performer that I have seen a couple of times. I especially appreciate the concentration that he display on every occasion that show a dedication to his craft. C&C welcome

Good solid image, Ole. Definitely one of your stronger ones.

Good focus on the pianist and the background is suitably subtle. I might be tempted to burn it down a touch more and do something about his leg under the piano that is adding a bit of distraction.

I agree—this is very well done. I also agree with Manfred’s suggestions.

I think I prefer the Pianist to be more included with his environment, for that reason I'd like a bit more of the background than Manfred's version. The legs have to go though.

I know that this is part of his personality and removing it may be like retouching a birthmark off a person's face but, my eye keeps gravitating to the "you are beautiful" decal, image lower left!

By the way, after using it for over 50 years; just noticed something about the term "retouching"! When and how is the original "touching" done in photography? I have never heard anyone say, "I am going to touch a photograph!"

You are so right, Richard. I will comply with your wish but only because it is Christmas

That is why I darkened the background just a bit, rather than having removed it. Some of the brighter areas are distracting from the subject, so toning them down strengthens the image.
