Neat image... Perhaps lowering the brightness of the fluorescent lit work area image left lower....

Richard, thank you. Will try to work on that area in lightroom.
John, thank you for your comment. The light is usualy tough to work with at ths location. The over head roll down gates were closed for this photo. No outside glare.

A well done documentary image taken in a situation with tough lighting to work with.
I agree with Richard; that bright area in the background is distracting and needs to be toned down. Overall the image is a bit flat, so introducing some mid-tone contrast would help. I find the lighting a bit too warm for a typical industrial setting, so I would probably add a bit of blue to counteract the warm tones.
