This is a very nice capture of the subject, but IMHO, the image has two limitations. The minor one is that there is too much empty space above her. The other is that the bright person on the left, particularly her white hair on the border, is very distracting, leading the eye away from the subject. I would crop from the top and left and then burn the remaining bright areas to make them less distracting. I tried and had to crop a little tighter on the top than I otherwise would to get rid of the white hair. (An alternative would be to crop less and clone out the white hair.) That got me this, with a quick-and-dirty edit:
