Helpful Posts: This is a handheld 0.3sec exposure. When I took it I never noticed the seagull I was only interested in the sea breaking over the steps. The problem is I can't decide whether to leave it in or take it out. Maybe I should discard the image altogether.

I'm with Dan on this one; leave the bird.
In general, when I am in doubt, I will do an edit both ways and then see which option I prefer.
