Raymond - all three of these shots show the same isssue; the bright sky is fooling your camera's light meter and the steeples are all underexposed.
You need to either open up the detail in post (shadows slider in Lightroom) or use exposure compensation when shooting.

Manfred,pic two was done as is intentionally ,the others are as you pointed out need to adjust the details and exposure,Thanks

In addition to the other suggestions, #3 needs a small clockwise rotation.
