Help needed with old photo !

Hi guys,

Need some help from somebody who is pretty handy with editing tools/software,

I have found a very old photo of my wife and her cat which she was very very attached too, sadly the cat passed away but it is her only memory.

I would like someone too, if they can...work some magic on it so i can get it printed and put in a frame, the problem is that it was taken with a normal camera and nothing fancy, i know some people can work magic with things like photoshop etc so if anyone could help me out in this matter then i would be very much gratefull.

Let me know and i will email the picture over, I am willing to let the person use there own creative mind on it, just make it nice so i can put in a small frame for her.

Why don't you post a small copy here so others can gauge whether they can help you better. Also, as a guide to photo restoration and retouching - a good scanning technique can give more leverage in getting good results during the restoration process.

As Jiro says a good scan is very important. Find a professional lab or somewhere you can get a good scan done to to set the base for further work.
