An interesting concept, Daniel, but I'm not sure it's really working all that well for me
The biggest issue for me is the "needle", as it dominates, without really adding anything from either a balance (drags everything to the left hand side of the image) or composition standpoint. A largely blank area with four holes without anything compelling on the other side to draw in the viewer, isn't really working all that well either.

Interesting! The portholes drew my (and my visiting brother's) eyes. Apropos of the title, why were the holes not arranged in a diamond pattern?

This is the Button and Needle. I call it, " Fifty Windows and a Button. " I thought the first shot had a bit of interest. Perhaps enough to have someoe pause and look through the button holes.
