hello, i'm margaret and i live in virginia.
i really, really like photography, it allows me access to parts of myself i could never reach otherwise.
i have no fracking clue what im doing, but i keep doing it.
sometimes it's intuitive...sometimes it's counter-intuitive.

i have a couple of kids who are grown, a very spoiled cat, a house that needs new gutters and a silly car.
i travel whenever i possibly can, mostly alone as i am a solitary sort.

Sorry to bother you with what is probably a very simple matter. I can follow your directions for how to post a picture but so far I have not found the start screen where I can push the first button you suggest.

I am South African but currently live in Shenzhen, China where my wife and I are teaching English.

Hello, I'm Dave.

I started taking photos in the early 1960s but stopped in the mid '80s. A couple of years ago I entered the digital photography world with a Panasonic FZ28. It is a great camera but after a while I wanted a camera that was more like the SLR I had from years ago, so recently I bought a Pentax K5 (my old SLR was a Pentax and I have a few old K mount lenses).

I live in London but am lucky enough to spend a lot of time in NW Scotland.

My main photographic interest is landscape photography.

My name is JJ. I am an artist and photographer. I have been making art all my adult life, and taking photos for as long. Only recently I decided I need to learn how to use my digital slr camera properly as I am missing out on so much by only using the auto settings.
