Chaitanya - Hello and welcome to CiC. It's great to have a young person such as yourself joining the forum. There are a number of others, as well us all us old people!

I'm glad you like the site. Do you have a camera at the moment? What is it and what sort of things do you like shooting.

Also - where are you in India? Indeed, you've probably seen that most us use our real names on here. If you want to do that, you can go to Edit Profile and enter your proper name under 'Real Name'. Then it will appear underneath your Username in all your posts. You can also enter your location so that it does the same, just as in my details alongside this message. Then we all know where everyone is in the world.

At the moment I have no dslr :( but I am very much going to buy an interchangeable lens camera like Somy nex 7 this summer! :) I like shooting portraits and light photography! If u have any suggestions for a camera for me it would be very helpful.

Howdy, from Arizona US.
I am happy to have happened across cambridgeincolour. I aquired a canon t3 rebel a few months ago, so as a novice Im excited to have the oppertunity to share and learn.. My current intrests are Landscape, Sky an Celestial as favorites.
(hope ya'all can handle my misspelling, guess I'd rather be taking a picture than hittin' the spell check. :)

I hope you find that learning is as exciting a part of photography as starting produce those images that make you go 'wow'. There are times when it seems not to make sense, but that's when to call out for help from folks on here, who will be happy to help and explain.

Hi everyone. I'm Zed from queensland australia. Been doing photography for about 4 years now, done second shooter for weddings for the first couple of years and got too busy on some other work and needed to slow down after that. now im trying to get back and love to learn more different styles and techniques.
Im very glad to found this website coz its really helpful for a learner like me.

Hello, I'm Aundrea, I have lived in Northern Montana for all my 20 years of life. I have been very intrigued with photography since my grandpa pulled out the camera when I was very young. I went from Polaroid to a Cannon EOS 60D and I have come here to give advice and to receive advice. These photos are amazing and I cannot wait to learn. Having an artist block lately so hopefully I can find some advice to ease my mind :)

Hello everyone. I'm new to photography, but have developed quite an enthusiasm for learning the "Tricks of the Trade". My photo equipment consists of a Nikon D80 and a few Tamron lens. The tutorials here are great, and I know I will learn a lot here. This is a great place to be.

My name is Trish and I come from Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, UK. I like taking photographs when I have time - which always seems in short supply! I am currently doing an MA in Local and Regional History and have been out taking snaps for this which I hope to use in my dissertation. When this is all finished I hope to concentrate more on my photography.
