About three years ago I realised I was missing out on the things and places the wife and our dog visited. No record, no way to explain to the family what and where we had been. So I bought a Panasonic DMC-FX33. Point, shoot, go crazy. Only the battery and size of the card. Well and truly hooked.
I still use that quit a lot but, you just know what's coming, having looked and looked a year ago I bought a Panasonic DMC-G3 with a 14-42 Standard and latter a 45-175 X. It's all a big learning curve, a bit like this is a first for me, but I can experiment and play safe and almost never lose a shot. Now drive the wife and the dog potty hiding from the camera, but she thinks what I take is good, a fan. The dog? Can be bribed so his opinion is tainted. Me? Just enjoy it. Scenery, moving water and quirky things that sometimes only I understand.
