Hello all
Just a newbie trying to learn. Have a Canon T2i EOS 550D. Took a intro and intermediate class at our local photo store. Learned a ton. Actually found you because of my instructor who sent me here for a tutorial on shooting in fog. I find my self in fog and haze all the time in the mountains or on rivers. Heading off to check things out!

Actually found you because of my instructor who sent me here for a tutorial on shooting in fog.

I'm very glad he did and Sean (McQ) the site owner and author of those tutorials will be very pleased to hear that his own work is being referenced on courses.

Hello, Ram and welcome to the CiC forum. Thank you for deciding to join.

In order to get more attention for your images, you would be better to post a new thread into the Nature & Architecture section of the forum and invite comment and criticism there. In order to help people provide the most helpful feedback, I recommend reading Frank's post in this thread. It will help you specify upon what you would like feedback. I would also recommend that you read this thread in order to be able to post images directly into your posts rather than asking people to link to an external source.

I hope you find CiC useful and that it does contribute to your ongoing learning.

Hello Everyone!
My name is Emily, I got my first camera at 11 years old and I instantly knew it was where I was meant to be; I absolutely love it! Now that I'm older and now working with a Nikon D40, my main focus has become portrait photography in natural lighting.
I heard about this website from the teacher of a photography class I'm curently taking. I was pretty excited when I first got on here and discovered that you guys have pretty much everything! I was even more excited to find out you had forum and I could talk with other photographers and get some advice on my pictures, (as I am still very much an amateur).

Hi, I am Sudeep, though I love photography from my childhood and had earlier film camera and later point and shoot cameras but only two months earlier I had bought my first DSLR Nikon 3200 . I am interested in learning editing of RAW images and want to buy a software for that. When I read the reviews, Capture NX2 shows some limitations. I am not sure if I have to buy NX2 or Adobe product. I want the images sharp, with natural colors or with dramatic effects.

I love the Canon products because that it all I know right now and currently using a T3i. I have a couple of stock kit lens' and would love to get a really fast f2/8. (On my wishlist).
