I like it a lot. Perhaps reducing the highlight a tad - not much in my view. The hotspot near the tip of Rhaiza's nose is a distraction.

Another strong image, Javier. It is probably one of your strongest images, from a technical standpoint. From a compositional standpoint, I don't love the hand where it is as it competes with the face a little more than I would like. I could have spent some time burning it down a bit more to see what that would do to the overall image.

From a retouching standpoint, I would take a bit off the top, as that negative space does not contribute to the image. A bit of burning to reduce the hot spots and a bit of dodging to accentuate some of the facial and bone structure is about all I would do here.

I really like this too. I cannot offer as good advice as other strong portrait photographers on here, but I would say I find the red background behind her hand and left shoulder to be a slight distraction too. Maybe better if were the same dark tones as the rest of the background.

Having said that I would have been over the moon if I had produced this.
