I have not attempted a photocomposite in years, so I spent a bit of time pulling one together.
The tunnel comes from a late 1950s Cold War relic, the Emergency Government Headquarters at Canadian Forces Station Carp. It is part of the entrance tunnel to the complex and was built to house government (political and key civilians) in case of a nuclear attack on Ottawa.
The portrait of my daughter was taken in the studio of one of the photo clubs that I belong to. This was a test shot as I was setting up my lights and she is wearing one of her gas masks on her head. The reason I went B&W is that I used two side lights with red filters on them for the shoot.
