The main issue with this image is that it is soft everywhere. It might be camera motion, it might be a focusing issue, but regardless not being sharp is the main problem.
You've also appear to have applied a very heavy vignette and that takes away from the image as well.
I think this would have made a beautiful shot, if the technical issues were not there.
