Agra Fort is not far from its more famous neighbour, the Taj Mahal in the Indian city of Agra.
Part of the fort is open to visitors, but the Indian military uses part of it, so those areas are off limits. Like some of the other Indian forts, was much more than that; a walled city with a royal palace that housed the the Mughal rulers.
I liked this empty room and the bright light streamed through one of the doors. I waited until someone stepped through the door to block some of the light and then took this shot. I decided to go B&W because the walls and ceiling were a much warmer tone than the floor and this gave a more homogeneoous look to the image.
