Those bright green beetles have undergone a variety of common name changes recently and I think the most recent one is Swollen-thighed Beetle. The scientific name of Oedemera nobilis has remained unchanged. I always find them difficult to photograph because of the reflection problems.
Your second one is a Tenthredo sawfly and I would expect Tenthredo mesomelas; but there are some tricky looking alternatives. But at least the virtually identical one is extremely rare, so I normally exclude it simply on that basis.
The fly is one of the Empis family; but another tricky group to fully identify. I have some recent images to study, although I don't always get beyond simply Empis sp with many of them.
