Posting here involves many maneuvers, which seems to be difficult for me.That is one of the reasons I rarely appear although I shoot everyday.

Beautiful image;something close to minimalism. If you have a flickr account you can easily upload from there. First 1000 images free there....

I find that you have the makings of a very strong image here, but with the cloud taking up so much of the frame, I find that the interesting material on the roof(?) gets diminished. I suspect a strong crop will result in a more compelling image.

For some reason, I think that the cloud is the main subject due to it's prominence and unusual shape.

I think I understand what you are trying to do, but in my opinion neither of these two images are working as well as they should.

Visually both are somewhat distracting; in both the "hard" subject matter at the bottom of the frame is fighting the clouds for relevance. This ends up as a visually confusing image.

I agree with Manfred, Radu. In fact, if you took the first image and cut it in two, you would have two separate images.

    Re: A place

When I see an image, i first enjoy it's content as a whole. Then only any analytical appreciation come into play. The more one is educated in a subject, as soon as he/she sees the image, mind starts analysing it. Only when when the ingredients are properly mixed, an elite eye would appreciate an image. This may all happen within fraction of second

P.S.: Sometime i feel an enthusiastic photographer never enjoys beauty of a thing... As soon as he/she sees a wonderful scene like a beautiful Sunset, he/she struggles to get the best photograph of it. Once he is successful in that, the Sunset does not fascinate him/her any more, because he/she has already ''possessed'' it....

Definitely cropping is needed to bring out the main subject in a greater way.
