I liked the lines in this scene for some reason. C&C most welcome.

I think a little basic postprocessing would strengthen this. First, it's somewhat washed out. Second, the interesting textures don't really show up. The image below is a lousy, quick edit, but I think it shows what I mean. I increased contrast, added some texture, and burned the building.

The staircase handgrip, behind, the foundation on the right side and the branch of the tree are three lines that direct the view towards the central construction; that strengthens the image

Oh, i think there is no staircase there; probably it is a pipe.....

The dam is called Maroondah Dam which is about an hour's drive north of Melbourne. The wall in the image is about 47m (147 feet) in height.

The area is bushland with lots of kangaroos around. I can assure you they are not endangered quite the opposite. In plague proportion even around Melbourne.
