I was shooting with a Panasonic GX7 back then. Well, that doesn't matter or is not really important, as you know.
She was moving away from her face after aspirating the smoke and that is the reason her hand is a little OOF

Len, my mistake. I was shooting not with a Panasonic GX7 but with an Olympus 5 II
Bellow are also with this camera and the Oly 7-14
But after shooting with Sony, I do not want to change. It's something more exquisite...

The first image would be my choice. The wide angle for human interest images is useful to depict the relationship between the subject and environment.
The light may be a bit on the harsh side but you have still captured some good real life street scenes.

The light is not pleasant at this time of the day. Too harsh ! Even the guy in bicycle has a reflection on his face from the equipment bellow !

i don't find anything wrong...very nice shot.
Looks OK to me as well.
Possibly the highlights on his shoulders are a fraction on the bright side in places but everything else looks good. The background is potentially distracting but it is a subdued shade of mid grey so I don't really find it to be a problem.
