Maybe, but I am thinking about going in the opposite direction to Nandakumar. The bottom right corner has some sharply focused plant leaves in the bottom right corner so possibly use them as the main subject and crop a little from the top and left side to reduce the distraction of the top left corner? But leave the wheel as part of the scene.
