    Irrigated Vineyard

Things to Consider in future #9991
When shooting irrigation, ensure that you are out of range of the sprinkler jets, especially the one closest to you. The pattern of wet ground will help to determine this.

It is for the first time i see a different kind of image from you; is it that you don't frequently post them here or not a fan of other kinds?
The light is a bit harsh; yet i like the multi showering show....

The light is harsh, it was shot into the sun for the effect of backlit water and leaves. Which I then proceeded push as far as I could in processing with only minor blown out losses in small areas of the highlights. Bit of a judgement call really.

I do shoot a fair number of subjects, just have not gotten around to posting other genres. I am heavily biased towards landscapes. I must admit people do not seem to be anything I intentionally photograph. Probably won't see any of those. For the last ten years I have concentrated on old buildings, but my new locale will force me to branch out. Stay tuned for developments; maybe!

Not overly, about 50%! I heard the water coming and was able to turn around and hunch over the camera. The camera and lens got a few drops. Myself: head and shoulders quite a bit on the back. Not enough to discourage me, went back to the same spot as it was a good angle with no fence intervening. This time I was more alert to the issue and avoided the jet. This image is from the second or third return.
