I like it . Make me want to howl. Not crazy about the dark foreground
It is beautiful....the contrast between shaded and illumined area is a bit harsh...but that's what it looked like then, i think.
I rather like it as presented, but am sure there could be other valid crops and PP manipulations.
I find that "stretching" a histogram in Levels (thereby increasing the contrast) can increase the apparent detail rather than losing it especially when lowering the black level of the image (by moving the black slider to the right) . Voila:
Highlight levels were not changed at all. I did play with the mid-tone setting a bit ...
... and I accidentally got a blood moon into the bargain to match your rocks!
