Steampunk lady on structure
There are three images I have taken here, plus I drew the ladder using the Pen Tool. Don't hold back!

Your inner child is coming out?
Interesting image. Let me throw out a few first impressions.
1. Obviously a hard light source, so the harsh shadows play an integral part of this composition. That works fine, but there are a few areas I might burn and dodge to calm things down a bit here and there.
2. The construct seems to be "floating" and is not anchored in the scene, which results in a bit of an awkward crop at the bottom with a lot of uninteresting "mass", that in my opinion distracts from the image as a whole. As I can't easily add foreground here, I would crop and slightly lighten the background to focus more on the cubes in your construct.
3. I'm not sure if the ladder is needed or not, but I can see why you included it. I think that the shadow cast by the ladder might be more effective if they were harder, like the rest of the shadows in the image.
Here are some of my thoughts implemented...

Personally, I love this image. Very unique and I think the shadows add a lot.
