Hi Richard, excellent video, and like you I think I'll stick with my Canon, also mirrorless.

It did bring back a mmeory of the first time I 'dabbled' in photography... I was 10 and I found a strange box of paper in a drawer at home.
Took it to my father and asked what it was. His answer was to tell me it was 'Gaslight' paper and to get a negative and put it on the sheet and cover with a piece of glass and leave it for a few hours in the sun. When I took the negative off a while later there was a positve print.... I was so excited .

My dad, a typical teacher said nothing and waited until next day when I came to him complaining the paper had turned totally black.
He then hold me I had to 'fix' it to make the positive permanent and I'd need a chemical, Hypo from the Chemist's.
I expended 3d of my 6d pocket money that week, made a solution of hypo, washed the print in it and had my first ever photograph. I was and am hooked on photography ever since. (It also started me on my first career as a chemist & biochemist)!

I remember getting my portrait done by a Beruit, Lebanon street photographer who used a contraption somewhat akin to this. The image was really pretty bad so I never kept it. Wish I did for historical reasons...
