It's so a wonderful image!
Is your main subject elliptical shape at the center of the photo?

This image is more like a landscape, which does not have a subject, but had a centre of interest that draws in the eyes. I have worked this image so that the blue light in the elliptical section is where most viewer's will connect and from there the eyes should run down the lighter coloured building at the 3 o'clock position and the from there follow the shapes and colours to explore the rest of the structure. I have dodged and burned to provide some guidance there.
