It’s busy, but I like it!
The darker blue net poking through for me gives it a wee bit of breathing space.

It looks a lot clearer in the Lightbox view.
That blue 'hosepipe' looks like some combination rope to me (synthetic rope around a steel wire centre). Netting from different mesh sizes or twine thickness often varies in colour

Yes, it is not hose pipe; it must be a rope only
