I agree with Nandakumar; the first one is the strongest image, in my view.
I would make one minor tweak; crop out the sky.
The other two images have far less impact. The B&W is simply not as strong as the colour as the tonal separation is not as strong as the colour contrast. The third image is too busy and not all that interesting.

I suspect the last one would work better with a slightly different crop. It has a nice grouping of gulls.
Maybe crop out a bit from the bottom and left side? There is some interesting woodwork there but that is causing distraction from the birds. Which one is the main subject?
