This is almost straight out of the camera...
Two glasses lined up on a piece of black plexiglas. Water in the back glass with a few drops of food colouring that I just dropped into the water. The background is a scrim (a white diffuser) with a medium soft box behind it, so the whole shot is back-lit.

I like how the stem of the front glass also shows a squeezed image of the second glass.
