A lovely image. I like the soft tones and the eye contact, but I am not a great fan of armpits! I would probably experiment with a curves layer and try to add a little contrast to the model so that she stands out a little from the background. The whole image has a slight "fogginess" to it, but maybe that is the dreamy look you were going for.

I find the pose a bit awkward. The "S" curve look is often used when photographing women, but here, you are showing more of a "C" curve, which is more applicable to men.

I find that the background competes a little to strongly with your model. Burning it down to add a bit more separation between it and the model would be something to consider.
