Another nice, strong image Javier. Lovely model, effective background and nice light.
The main issue I see with this image is that your key light is far too low and you are not getting the best impact in sculputing your model's face. Having it higher up should cast some light on the model's camera right cheek bone and sculpt her face a bit more effectively. A higher light would provide a better "loop" below her nose; loop lighting is classic beauty lighting.

To me it's better without the flowers and disconnected fingers at the bottom. I agree with Manfred re keylight

Very nicely done Javier, although I do find the flowers at the bottom to be more of a distraction than an enhancment. Cropping them out gives a cleaner head and shoulders composition.
