    Natural Bridge

Spent a couple of weeks in Tennessee. Coming home I stopped at a hotel in Virginia and Natural Bridge was within walking distance. I don't know what it needs. Suggestions and comments are welcomed.

For the first and second shot Daniel I find the bright plain sky distracting and would consider a 'sky replacement' if you are unable to bring out any detail in the raw file, I could not in the jpeg. It's something I very rarely do but it can at times work as a last resort. In addition some colour correction work may help on the first but you will have more idea of what it was like.

This example has the highlights reduced, contrast increased then using the sky replacement function in PS, approx 2 minutes work.

Bo or Barbara - I'll answer to both!

    Re: Natural Bridge

A big improvement and you've also reduced that pinkiness in the image which makes the green bushes and rocks look un-natural
I think it still needs a little more OOmph though.
Perhaps drop down the exposure a tad more or increase the blacks ?

Thank you, Grahame, for your suggestions and rendition. I will try it out on this and other shoots I have of the bridge. l

Thank you for your comment, Bo. I will also be looking at your recommendations. Hopefully, it will add more OOmph.

    Much appreciated, Daniel
