    Coffee Bean Farmer

    This image was taken a few years ago on a visit to Guatemala. The coffee bean farmer is transporting a 50lb / 22kg bag of freshly picked coffee beans down the slope of the San Pedro volcano to the town below where the beans will be dried by the sun before they are sold to the coffee distributors.

    Curious, did you stop him to take this photo? Only because both his feet appear to be planted firmly upon the ground and his eyes are diverted.

    He had just stopped to answer a question from a member of the group we were with. A few seconds later he continued his run down the hill.
