New and different Air Traffic Control Tower, Wellington, NZ
First time that we had seen this, but we love it. Apparently it was built on a lean for two reasons - 1) as a nod to Wellington's notorious wind. 2) To withstand potential tsunamis. Taken on my cellphone.

A tilt and shift lens will soon fix that Jim
That's some design for a structure like that.

Jim,
I think you have two things going on here: the tilt in one direction that is in the building's construction, and the tilt that is caused by your looking up at the building. The latter makes it look like the building is leaning back and that people would be walking on floors that are tilted by about 30 degrees.
Given that you shot from a corner, I'm not sure how well this could be fixed in post, but you could try just making the floors on the right side horizontal. I don't know whether that would work.

Personally, I like it as shot - it adds to the drama and quirky nature of the image!

Thanks for your suggestions and comments, Peter, Dan & Trev. Here is a pic of the building taken from a distance.

I took ages to find this link on the internet -
https://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/BU18...r-take-off.htm
An extract:
Built to meet 100 per cent of the building code for a structure of its importance level, the tower is one of New Zealand’s safest buildings. Thirteen base isolators have been installed within its foundations to provide a high level of resilience against earthquakes.

And no one will know if it keeps over slightly as the result of an incident…
