    Groundcover

    On looking down on one of our walks I spotted these leaves. I liked the configurations of the leaves against the blue stones. C&C most welcome.

    I agree with Roy here, Ole. This is not working all that well for me.

    Scenes like this one can work, but you need a strong (and random) arrangement of the leaves on the ground. There has to be an anchor, which you have, and some compositional device(s) that lead the viewer's eyes through the frame. Care has to be taken to remove / downplay distracting elements that either cross the edge of the frame or are too close to it

    We have all had a go at possible scenes which simply didn't work out as planned. A great deal of my ideas have ended up under the delete button.

    However, I wonder about cropping closer? Maybe lose a bit from the top and right side?
