    Good capture. These are hard critters to capture, in my experience. We often get a few species of hovers mixed in with various types of bees, and the hovers are usually the hardest to chase.

    I'm curious because of another thread here: do you remember how much you cropped?

    Thanks Dan sorry but its one from summer cant remember the crop but i do temd to crop quite tight

    Hi Bill ive had major computer problems lately so i bit the bullet and invested in a new laptop all ok again now

    Les, we tend to concentrate on our camera gear (bodies and lenses) and forget that we can't see the results unless the blankety-blank computer is doing its job! Glad you are up and running again.
