Serena, sitting for her meal...

I shot this image of Serena sitting for her meal about a year ago when she was a 35-pound puppy...


However, she doesn't look much larger in this photo I shot today even though she is twice her puppy size at about 70-pounds.


I shot both images with my Sony A73 camera and 28-75mm Tamron lens at 28mm using a remote release. I suspect that a lower camera angle with Serena closer to the camera might show the size differential in a different manner. I'll try that tomorrow when I feed her breakfast.

Of course - she had a longer coat when I shot last year's image and she had just come beck from the groomer when I shot the recent image. Her full coat does make a difference is how big she looks...

I think you have a wider angle of view in the second photo. Look at the corner in the wall on the right.
