Another revolutionary era door
The National Park Service has retained 11 buildings along the path British soldiers took between Lexington and Concord on the day of the first shooting in the American Revolution, April 19, 1775. I've been photographing a number of them. This is from a building I have never worked on before.
Just for fun, since there was another thread on 'getting it right in camera', I'll post the original too. Comments welcome, of course.

Re: Another revolutionary era door
I like the processing but find the crop very tight particularly on the right.
I am not much of a history buff yet I am quite sure that the American revolution did not start in 1975

Re: Another revolutionary era door
Oops. Fixed.
The tight crop is intentional. I want the patterns, not the entire door. Perhaps the answer is to crop even tighter so that the picture doesn’t approximate the door.

Andre,
Your comment was very useful even though my reaction is to move in the opposite direction. This one is closer to my intent, but it may need more work.

Re: Another revolutionary era door
I much prefer this last crop. The first one felt like something was missing.
