I would lose some sky and crop just above masthead level. I know it is a rather nice sky but all those tightly packed boats are producing a complicated scene so the sky adds to that distraction. Possibly a fraction from the bottom and consider a little from the left side to reduce the impact of those large stones.

Maybe try a little more saturation and contrast adjustment although I suspect these current muted tones will work better than trying to produce an excessive amount of the wow factor.
