I am working with my portraiture mentor on some images. I am working on a set of five images of people who have had serious illnesses and the impact on both them and their family members. This is the first image of that series. I'm thinking of calling this one "Here We Go Again..."

Love the transition of the hands from the chin up.

The image is not confronting but it does confront, knowing what it represents
